Client Overview
No Place Like Home Seniors’ Concierge helps seniors maintain their independence through at-home concierge support. They can live their best life in the comfort of their own home. Their caregivers help with meal preparation and companionship, light housekeeping, and personal errands.
The target audience is senior citizens — married couples or widows/widowers who are looking to age in place and need support to do so. There is a high need for trust and building comfortable relationships as service providers will come into their homes. Since they’ll be considered an extension of their family, it was important for their website to show the quality and credibility of their business.
Website Objectives:
• to attract the right clients who need their unique services
• to show that they’re credible and trustworthy
• to make it easy for potential clients to connect with them
The Brand
This client had already had their branding done, but often clients need some updates or extra assets designed for their site. I use the original logo to create a horizontal version for their site, an icon for the browser favicon, and some icons for their services page.
Website Homepage
Their brand words of integrity, trust, wellness, compassion, empathy come across in the photos we chose. The goal was to not just show the types of services offered, but to show the emotion of their clients being able to stay at home.
Our mission to provide our clients with busy families, or no family at all, the greatest gift of aging in place with independence and dignity.
